Fifi Lapin.

I just can't get enough of Fifi's recently!
Or rabbits for that matter.

Firstly a BIG hello and welcome, but most importantly thank you to all my new followers. I have had about 9 in the past 3 days so thats awesome :D
If anybody would like to swap blogroll links just leave me a comment and we can sort that out :)

I have been seeing pictures like this for ages now and wasn't sure what they were, but I did think they were absolutely darling! But now I know. It's Fifi Lapin from : http://fifi-lapin.blogspot.com/ .

These are just some of my favourites in Luella and Chanel/5Preview

I found out the name and googled it and found this on http://wikifashion.com/wiki/Fifi_Lapin. (Wikifashion is a new one on me :| and is rather rubbish from what I can tell, but meh.)

"Fifi Lapin is an extremely stylish rabbit.

Fifi was born one of 257 brothers and sisters (you know what they say about rabbits) but sadly there was an outbreak of myxamatosis when she was just a year old and she was the only one to survive. Her parents are therefore incredibly protective and spoil her rotten. As an ‘haress’ to her fathers fortune (which he made playing fast and loose with carrot and lettuce shares on the international stock market) she loves nothing better than spending her time shopping, browsing fashion magazines, shopping and attending the opening of an envelope. People may think she's just a socialite but behind that sweet smile lies more than just an extremely stylish clotheshorse. Her best friend Ruby Gatta also has her own blog dedicated to design and all things nice."

Im in loveeee!!!!!

Blow me a kiss, simple as this.

Luella S/S 10 : mixed emotions :) :( :| @ ! :S :o

Its very wearable, but lacking creativity. Perhaps a little simple for me? Im not sure. There are some really wierd unflattering silhouettes used aswell. I haven't posted them, these are just the ones I like, but if you think youve got big hips you stand no chance. To me this seems like a mixture of House of Holland S/S 09, See by Chole and some old Luella designs from way back to the beginning of the decade. Well I guess thats the recession for you.
Not her best.

(My Favourites were the 2008 collections. S/S 08 will be available at London Fashion Weekend [or should be due to my calculations, and in times of recession I'm sure Luella needs to make as much money as possible so should be there], and I am going to get some :DDDDDD. Sexy Grannies saved by Superheros and Witches of the West. What could be better?)

I can't say much about the House of Holland collection either. He has tweaked old designs and stuck house pictures on normal items of clothing. The only things I like are the 'OLD' 'NEW' 'BORROWED' t-shirts and shirts. I might buy a white t-shirt and make one of those myself.
Another disapointment.

Now for the good news...

Christopher Kane S/S 10 : put a spell on me.

He is really growing on me. I love his stuff. I love this pattern; it reminds me of picnics and tea parties :)

My top tip? Buy pastels in the sales for a good bargin.
