Pelayo Diaz Zapico, hot stuff,  St Martins student, model, friend of Gala Gonzalez, and a socialite who seems to know all the right people, (who's blog you can follow here : http://www.katelovesme.net/) has designed the most amazing t-shirt and I want it!

God knows how much it costs, I don't think I want to know.

It will probably be cheaper for me to buy a big blue t-shirt and a truck load of safety pins and DIY it.

I also still want to make a copy of the HOH s/s10 'Borrowed' 'New' 'Old' t-shirts.

I need to get making my friends!

Luella S/S 10 : mixed emotions :) :( :| @ ! :S :o





Its very wearable, but lacking creativity. Perhaps a little simple for me? Im not sure. There are some really wierd unflattering silhouettes used aswell. I haven't posted them, these are just the ones I like, but if you think youve got big hips you stand no chance. To me this seems like a mixture of House of Holland S/S 09, See by Chole and some old Luella designs from way back to the beginning of the decade. Well I guess thats the recession for you.

(My Favourites were the 2008 collections. S/S 08 will be available at London Fashion Weekend [or should be due to my calculations, and in times of recession I'm sure Luella needs to make as much money as possible so should be there], and I am going to get some :DDDDDD. Sexy Grannies saved by Superheros and Witches of the West. What could be better?)

I can't say much about the House of Holland collection either. He has tweaked old designs and stuck house pictures on normal items of clothing. The only things I like are the 'OLD' 'NEW' 'BORROWED' t-shirts and shirts. I might buy a white t-shirt and make one of those myself.
Another disapointment.

He is really growing on me. I love his stuff. I love this pattern; it reminds me of picnics and tea parties :)

My top tip? Buy pastels in the sales for a good bargin.

I went shopping today and purchased the leggings, hoodie and shoes. I wanted to get another set of leggings from Topshop 'Tee & Cake' in black with bones on them, but they have sold out online and at Oxford Circus, with only the multi coloured ones left, so instead I am going to invest in green tie-dye ones from American Apparel.

Today was the first time I actually bought something from American Apparel. I am going to see Lady Gaga on tuesday and thought these sparkly leggings would be perfect for the ocassion. I don't know why I don't shop there more often because they have some really cool stuff!

I finally managed to get a copy of the new i-D today aswell. It is sooooo coool!!! The 'i-D' is written out of Sponge Bob Square Pants because its the FUN issue.
Hahahahaha. The simple things make me giggle :)

Britney Britney More Britney More Britney Britney More.

On Wednesday 3rd my friend, Canel, and I are going to see Britneys Circus tour. It will be the first show at the O2 so we will be some of the first people to see it in the UK!
Exciting stuff!
The occasion of course called for a Britney themed outfit so naturally we deided to make T-shirts, credit crunch 'n all. Months ago I brainstormed a bunch of T-shirt slogans based on Britney spears, inspired by House of Holland's 'One Trick Pony' collection, (I had just purchased the 'Flick Yer Bean For Agyness Deyn' T-shirt).

These solgans included:

We used fabric paint, fabric pens, t shirt transfers and badly sewn on sequins to achieve our final product which I modestly think looks rather good.
The concert is the same day as my last exam so what a way to end. Im so excited.

Christening

This Blog is now officially christened!

So I guess first thing is to explain the blog name
"Wham! Bam! Thank You Jam."
Well its basically a mix of the fabulous House of Holland T-Shirt "WHAM BAM THANK YOU STAM" from the One Trick Pony collection & a nickname of mine; Jam, which came about when I accidentally spelt my name as Jamine, instead of Jasmine.

Et Voila!

In this blog I will...
be positing outfits, editorials I like, fashion news, icons, and just general fashion related stuff. :) Maybe even pictures of things I own etc who knows, I'm going to go with the flow. One thing is for definate though;
It's going to be good!
